  • The app is 100% free to use.
  • You can access all features at no cost.
  • You only pay if you decide to upgrade your cloud storage (optional)

2. Offline and Online Access

  • You can use the app without internet.
  • Your offline data can be synced to the cloud once you're online.
  • If you clear data or uninstall the app, restore from the cloud is available.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login info safe.
  • Do not share your credentials with others.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your sharing of login data.

4. Cloud Storage & Backup

  • A fixed amount of cloud space is available for free.
  • You’ll receive alerts if you near your limit.
  • You can upgrade for more storage anytime (optional).

5. Prohibited Use

Accoro is made for real merchants to manage their own shops and services. Please do not use the app for:

  1. Fake or misleading business records 
  • Don’t enter false sales, purchases, or business info just to manipulate records.
  1. Illegal or banned products
  • Don’t use the app to manage or track anything that is illegal or banned by law.
  1. Using someone else’s identity
  • Only use your own or your business's real information. Don't pretend to be someone else.
  1. Hacking or tampering with the app
  • Don’t try to break, bypass, or modify app features, including cloud limits.
  1. Uploading abusive or harmful content
  • Don’t store or enter threats, hate speech, or offensive content anywhere in the app.

If these rules are broken, we may block or suspend your account to protect other users and the system.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app’s design, content, and software belong to Accoro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without permission.

7. Disclaimer

  • We strive to keep your data safe and services stable.
  • However, we are not liable for temporary downtime, data loss (due to local device actions), or any indirect damages.
  • Always sync your offline data regularly to avoid data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • However, we are not responsible for:
    • Data lost due to device issues or misuse
    • Temporary outages or bugs
    • Indirect losses like missed profits or business delays.

We always recommend regular syncing to avoid losing offline data.

  • You misuse or abuse the platform
  • We detect suspicious or harmful activity
